You are unable to connect to internet through wireless connection: it says limited access to WiFi router. When you try to fix this it says diagnostics policy service not running.
How to fix this:
Go to "Start", in the search dialog type: cmd , right click on cmd.exe and
select "Run as administrator".
net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
Press Enter then type:
net localgroup Administrators /add localservice
Press enter then close the window and restart the computer.
